Fabric printing

Fabric printing refers to the process of forming patterns on fabrics by printing. The printing methods include: pattern printing, screen printing, roller round screen printing, transfer printing and multi-color drenching printing. Among them, screen printing originates from pattern printing (including pattern paper printing and zinc printing). It started from manual operation, gradually moved towards semi automation and full automation, and later developed from flat screen to round screen.

Pigment direct printing

Pigment direct printing is to directly print the prepared printing paste on the fabric, which is a simple and commonly used process in the printing process. Pigment direct printing process generally refers to printing on white or light colored fabrics. It is convenient to match colors and simple in process. After printing, it can be baked. It is applicable to textiles of various fibers. Direct pigment printing process can be divided into accramine F-type adhesive according to the adhesive often used. There are three direct printing processes: acrylate adhesive, styrene butadiene lotion and chitin adhesive.

The main methods of silk printing are direct printing, discharge printing and anti dyeing printing. Direct printing method has been introduced before, discharge printing method, transfer printing method, penetration printing method, etc. will be introduced separately in the following relevant sections. Here, anti dye printing method is mainly introduced.

Knitted underwear printing

The printing of knitted underwear mainly applies the pigment direct printing process. After printing, the fabric can be dried twice or naturally, which avoids the problems of easy deformation of knitted fabric and difficult wet treatment of agricultural chips. The printing method is mainly flat screen screen printing, which can be divided into manual scraping printing and machine operation. This printing method can adapt to various patterns of composition and organization, and is suitable for the production needs of small batches and multiple colors.

Discharge printing

Discharge printing, also known as engraving printing, refers to the printing method of using discharge agent to print on colored fabrics, destroying the dyed part of the pigment, so as to obtain various patterns and patterns. Discharge agent is a kind of chemical that can make the dyeing base fade. Hang baijue, stannous chloride, etc. This method can be divided into two types: white pattern (white pulling) and colored pattern (printing pulling). The latter dyeing method makes the fabric pattern fine, but the process is complex and the cost is high.
